Young Americans Aren’t Happy with Presidential Choices

A new poll finds that most young Americans say political parties don’t represent them.

FOX’s Tonya J. Powers has the story:

A survey by GenForward finds most young Americans feel the Republican and Democratic parties don’t represent them and the disconnect holds true across racial and ethnic groups, with only 28 percent of young adults overall saying two parties do a good job of representing the American people.

As for the Presidential race? They’re not thrilled with their options with just 38 percent saying their have a favorable view of Hillary Clinton and only 21 percent saying they like Trump.

Large majorities of young adults across racial and ethnic lines consider Trump unqualified to be President. Most young minority respondents think Clinton is qualified while most whites say she is not.
