Donald Trump says he does have a plan for the economy and plans to unveil it Monday.

FOX's Jared Halpern has more from Washington:

Donald Trump plans to lay out specifics to his economic plan next week at the Detroit Economic Club.

Campaign manager Paul Manafort says despite criticism from some Republicans the nominee is off-message, Trump has made the economy a focus of his campaign:

(Manafort) "He's talking about the fact the economic policies of Obama and Clinton have put America in a stagnant position."

The Trump campaign also out with a new list of economic advisers, a 13 member group that includes well-known conservative economists and Trump business associates, critics note, does not include any women.
