No Powerball Winner Yet
The Powerball jackpot is creeping up again.
FOX’s John Saucier reports:
No winner on Wednesday night means the jackpot for Saturday is now a whopping $478 million. If you take the cash option, it’s just over $330 million, and with that after taxes is somewhere around $220 million once you pay the taxes.
So could you handle that? A check for over $200 million into your bank account? We caught up with this guy in New York’s Time Square to ask what he’s gonna do with all that money:
(Man) “I would buy five homes, a yacht and travel two years straight.”
It’s the eighth largest jackpot in U.S. history, the odds of getting all six numbers correct are 1 in 292 million.
