Parents of Toddler Killed in Gator Attack Won’t Sue

The parents of a child who was killed by an alligator at Disney World say they won’t sue the theme park.

FOX’s Tonya J. Powers has the story:

A statement from Matt and Melissa Graves says they will not pursue a lawsuit against Disney after their son, two-year-old son Lane, was killed by an alligator.

The Nebraska family was at the Grand Floridian resort on June 14 when the boy waded into shallow water in a lagoon and was dragged off by the animal. Matt Graves jumped in the water and tried to save his son, but it was too late.

The family says it has started the Lane Thomas Foundation, and asks for privacy.
