There's another court ruling about transgender bathroom use.
FOX's Chris Foster reports:
The Gloucester County Virginia School Board is denied its request to prevent a transgender student from using the boys' bathroom when school restarts in September.
Gavin Grimm was born a girl and now identifies as male, arguing the school violated discrimination laws by forbidding him to use the boys' room.
A federal appeals court took his side in April and now rules, the school cannot delay the court's order during the appeals process.
