Former NYPD Police Commissioner Howard Safir joined Kilmeade & Friends fill in host Leslie Gold to give his take on the Dallas sniper shootings that killed 5 police officers during anti police protests.

Safir said this is the Ferguson effect and there is a war on cops and the coordinated attack on the police is motivated by racism. President Obama never giving law enforcement the benefit of the doubt and focusing on race being a issue between law enforcement and police shootings only make matters worse according to Safir.
