Clinton Case Closed? State Department Says Not So Fast

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private emails system is still under scrutiny.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

The State Department is reopening its internal probe into the former Secretary of State’s private email system. The investigation focuses on how classified emails to and from Clinton’s private server were categorized at the time they were sent. Spokesman John Kirby says the department will be as transparent as possible. He gave no timeline for completion.

At the same time, the select committee on Benghazi wants an investigation into whether the likely Democratic Presidential nominee lied to Congress during her testimony on the 2012 terror attacks in Libya.
