There have already been protests outside the Minnesota Governor's mansion following Wednesday night's deadly police shooting.

FOX's Tonya J. Powers has the story:

There were chants of "no justice, no sleep" outside the Minnesota governors mansion, after the shooting of a man by an officer during a traffic stop around 9 o'clock last night in a suburb of Saint Paul, Minnesota. He was inside his car with a woman and a child.

A video posted on Facebook live, by Diamond Reynolds, who also calls herself Lavish Reynolds, the woman in the car, showed a man whose shirt appeared to be soaked in blood:

(Woman) "Please Jesus don't tell me that he's gone. Please don't tell me that he's gone. Please officer don't tell me that you just did this to him."

In the video, the woman says the officer asked her boyfriend for his license and the man told the officer it was in his wallet, but that he also had a gun he was licensed to carry.
