FBI Director on Deck

The FBI chief is called to Congress to explain his decision not to recommend charges in the Hillary Clinton email investigation.

FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:

FBI Director James Comey’s announcement not to recommend criminal charges has left House Speaker Paul Ryan with more questions, he says, than answers:

(Ryan) “Director Comey’s presentation shredded the claims that Secretary Clinton made throughout the year with respect to this issue.”

The House Oversight Committee has announced Comey will testify tomorrow about the Clinton investigation.

Speaker Ryan and other Republican leaders are also calling on the Director of National Intelligence to deny Clinton intelligence briefings usually given to Presidential nominees.
