President Obama reacting to the tie in the Supreme Court that continues to block his immigration plan.
Listen to FOX News Radio's coverage of President Obama on SCOTUS blocking his plan:
FOX's Jon Decker reports from the White House:
Just hours after learning that the Supreme Court blocked his executive action aimed at shielding about 4 million illegal immigrants from deportation, the President called the 4-4 decision heartbreaking and frustrating.
Obama: We're gonna have to abide by that ruling until an election and a confirmation of a ninth Justice of the Supreme Court so they can break this tie.
But the President praised a separate 4-3 decision by the Court which upheld the admissions program at the University of Texas which uses race as a factor.
The high court ruled that the affirmative action program is permissible and is constitutional.
