Donald Trump's controversial campaign manager has "left the building.".

FOX's Jared Halpern reports from Washington:

Donald Trump's controversial campaign manager is out of a job. A campaign spokesperson confirming Corey Lewandowski will no longer be working with the campaign.

Lewandowski led the presumptive Republican nominee's campaign launch and primary successes, but since then donors and campaign supporters have seen Trump slip in general election polls against Democrat Hillary Clinton.

Campaign chairman Paul Manafort is now expected to lead the campaign.

Sources have described to FOX power struggles between Manafort and Lewendowski....leading to the decision to fire Lewendowski.
