Republicans Will Have to Wait Awhile Before Any Hillary Clinton Documents are Available

Republicans may have to wait a long time to see some emails from when Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

The State Department says it could take 75 years to produce documents related to Hillary Clinton and her aides…

The department is fighting a request from the Republican National Committee, which is seeking years worth of emails relating to former chief of staff Cheryl Mills, adviser Jacob Sullivan and tech specialist Bryan Pagliano.

Spokesman Mark Toner says 75 years is really not an outlandish time estimation:

(Toner) ”It’s a very broad range involving a number of people over a period of four years.”

The RNC’s request is just one of a number of legal battles unfolding over Clinton’s private email system when she was Secretary of State.
