Top Clinton IT Aide Takes the Fifth
The man who set up Hillary Clinton’s in-home email server isn’t expected to answer questions from a group investigating the former Secretary of State.
FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Washington:
The IT specialist isn’t answering questions in an open records lawsuit from Judicial Watch.
Bryan Pagliano will invoke his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination during a deposition scheduled for next week. His lawyers are asking a federal judge to block Judicial Watch from recording the deposition, arguing a written transcript is enough.
Pagliano has also invoked the Fifth when asked to testify with Congressional investigators, including the House Benghazi Committee, but did talk with the FBI after striking an immunity deal.
