Baylor University now confirms the demotion of its President, Ken Starr; and says head football coach Art Briles is fired.

FOX's Gurnal Scott has the details on this story:

Ken Starr's reassignment from Baylor's president to school chancellor comes after an investigation of Baylor's handling of sex assault allegations against football players.

Starr, who famously prosecuted former president Bill Clinton after his affair with Monica Lewinsky, became Baylor's president in 2010.

The school has been sued for what's been called its "deliberate indifference" to rape allegations. In addition to head football coach Art Briles' firing, athletic director Ian McCaw has been placed on probation.
