Gas Prices Continue to Rise
Gasoline prices are up again.
FOX’s Paul Stevens has more:
The average price for a gallon of self-serve regular, now at $2.27 a gallon, up nine cents over the past two weeks and 50 cents a gallon over the past three months.
Those increases might not continue:
(Lundberg) “I think it would take a substantial rise in the price of crude from a change in world oil supply and demand that hasn’t occurred to bring the retail gas price up much more.”
Analyst Trilby Lundberg publishes the Lundberg Survey. The highest average price $2.83 a gallon in San Francisco. The lowest $1.92 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
