FOX News Obtains Records Relating to Benghazi Probe

There’s an update on the probe into the Benghazi terror attacks.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

The Obama administration has accused the Benghazi Select Committee of dragging out its investigation, but newly obtained records by FOX News show the State Department missed its own target date in 2014 to establish a special unit to review Benghazi documents.

State Department spokesman Mark Toner was asked whether $4 million in “reprogrammed” funds have been used for the unit:

(Toner) ”I’m fairly certain that it would have been used for the purpose for which it was set up for.”

The State Department says the review unit staffed up last year and is now fully operational.
