Jurors have reached a verdict in the grim sleeper serial killer trial.

FOX's Jessica Rosenthal reports:

The man suspected of being the Los Angeles 'Grim Sleeper' serial killer has been convicted of all ten murders as well as this:

(Judge) "We the jury and the above and titled action find that on or about Nov. 20 1988, the defendant Lonnie Franklin David Jr. guilty of the crime of attempted murder of Enitrea Washington."

As each guilty verdict was read, victims family members cried in court. Many of the women struggled as drug addicts or prostitutes. Franklin Jr. was linked to many of the murders by DNA and many of the murders were linked to each other by ballistics evidence.

During sentencing Franklin Jr. will be eligible for the death penalty.
