Defense Secretary Ash Carter Discusses Tensions Between the U.S. and Russia

Tensions are increasing between the U.S. and Russia as the U.S. Defense Secretary blasts Russian aggression.

FOX’s Jon Decker has more from the White House:

Defense Secretary Ash Carter used a U.S. military changing-of-the-guard ceremony in Brussels to criticize Russia for its recent warlike actions.

Carter blasted Russia for its intervention in eastern Ukraine, its annexation of Crimea in 2014 and Russian efforts to intimidate its Baltic neighbors.

Most troubling, Carter said was Moscow’s nuclear saber-rattling which he said raises troubling questions about Russia’s commitment to strategic stability,

Carter said he regretted the deterioration in relations with Russia and hoped that it will abandon what he called its confrontational approach.
