Prince's sister has filed court papers in Minnesota to be the executor of his will.

FOX's Michelle Pollino reports:

Prince's sister Tyka has filed legal documents saying that as far as she knows he left no will. She's is asking a judge to appoint her as a "special administrator."

Tyka was his full sister and he had several half brothers and sisters. Estate lawyer Naz Barouti:

(Barouti) "If you have siblings but no spouse and no children, the siblings inherit everything, so the half siblings could have a claim as well. In the last three days that he's passed, he's sold 600,000 albums, so I mean his estate is worth an estimated $500 million."

And she says many of the remaining family members want to turn Paisley Park studios into a mini Graceland.
