Cast of Reboot of ‘Twin Peaks’ Announced

The cast of the re-booted David Lynch series “Twin Peaks” has been announced.

FOX’s Michelle Pollino has details:

The Twin Peaks reboot picks up 25 years after the events in the original series following the murder of homecoming queen Laura Palmer, played by Sheryl Lee who is back.

Kyle MacLachlan, returns as FBI Agent Dale Cooper, as does Sherilyn Fenn, David Duchovny, Peggy Lipton and Everett McGill.

The beloved “log lady” Catherine Coulson who had been rumored to have filmed a few scenes before her death last year is also a apart of the new season as well some new additions Naomi Watts, Ashley Judd and Jennifer Jason Leigh.

The reboot of the former ABC series is headed to showtime in 2017.
