Baltimore Police Department Faces Another Lawsuit in Wake of Freddie Gray Death

A lawsuit stemming from what happened following the death of Freddie Gray in Baltimore.

    FOX’s John Saucier reports:

More problems for the Baltimore police department as they now face a lawsuit and again it has to do with the death of Freddie Gray.

Six men filing suits saying cops in Baltimore wrongly arrested them during the unrest that followed the death of the unarmed black man. One plaintiff even said his arm was severely broken. All six who were arrested, never charged.

25-year-old Freddie Gray of course, died of a spinal cord injury after being transported in a Baltimore police van. Hundreds of people took to the city’s streets following Gray’s death in April of 2015.
