Tracy Morgan Performs Stand-Up Routine to New Jersey Hospital Staff that Saved His Life

Tracy Morgan returns to the area where he was taken to recover following his nearly paralyzing car accident.

FOX’s Michelle Pollino reports:

Tracy Morgan lost his friend and was nearly paralyzed in a car accident on the New Jersey turnpike nearly two years ago in June.

The comedian returned to New Brunswick, New Jersey, to perform a special show only two miles from the hospital where he was treated filled with the doctors, first responders and nurses who took care of Morgan at the Robert Wood Johnson University hospital after his accident.

Morgan told People Magazine, “these people are heroes and I love them all from the bottom of my heart.”

Following his performance, Morgan invited the hospital employees to come backstage for pictures and hugs. He also donated all of the show’s proceeds to the university hospital.
