The Golden State Warriors making history Wednesday night, setting the record for wins in an NBA season.
FOX's Jared Max is with the Warriors in Oakland:
Mission accomplished on all fronts. The Golden State Warriors won their NBA record 73 game of the season. They de-clawed the Grizzlies, 125-104.
73 wins, one more than the Chicago Bulls totaled 20 years ago. Stephen Curry not only scored 46 points, he only played three quarters and hit 10 three-point shots, his season total 402, a new NBA standard. Curry also brought his season scoring average to 30 points per game.
Now the playoffs begin and the Warriors can exhale. They got their record and now set their sights on a second straight NBA title.
