FOX's Michelle Pollino reports:
A judge in Los Angeles cleared the way for pop star Katy Perry to buy a former convent in Los Feliz by cancelling the deed and invalidating the sale of the property to a businesswoman.
(Perry) "This is how we do."
The 'This is How We Do' singer was battling it out against restaurant owner Dana Hollister to acquire the property. Hollister bought the property from nuns who used to live there.
