Katy Perry Wins Case, Allowed to Buy Former Los Feliz Convent
Katy Perry gets the go ahead to move forward in her purchase of a former convent in Los Angeles.

A judge in Los Angeles cleared the way for pop star Katy Perry to buy a former convent in Los Feliz by cancelling the deed and invalidating the sale of the property to a businesswoman.
(Perry) “This is how we do.”
The ‘This is How We Do’ singer was battling it out against restaurant owner Dana Hollister to acquire the property. Hollister bought the property from nuns who used to live there.
Lawyers for the archdiocese of Los Angeles and Perry, both praised the rulings, which overturned the nuns sale.
Perry’s lawyer expects the sale to to happen soon.
