Count Paul Ryan out, the House Speaker is again declining any suggestion of becoming the Republican nominee.
FOX's Jared Halpern has more from Capitol Hill:
In the lobby of the Republican National Committee headquarters, Paul Ryan made himself clear:
(Ryan) "I do not want, nor will I accept, the nomination for our party."
Ryan has repeatedly shot down any suggestion he'd run for President or accept the nomination should Republican delegates deadlock at a contested convention:
(Ryan) "I believe you should only choose from a person who has actually participated in the primary. Count me out."
Doubters point out just six months ago Ryan said he wasn't interested in becoming Speaker of the House, an apples and oranges comparison. Ryan responds.
