New Poll Out Shows Americans Don’t Think Highly of Remaining Presidential Candidates
A new poll shows a lot of Americans don’t think very highly of those running for President.
FOX’s Tonya J. Powers has more:
The Associated Press-GFK poll found that the negative view many take of Donald Trump runs across race, gender, political persuasion and location.
Seven in 10 people have an unfavorable view of Trump, including close to half of Republican voters surveyed. Even in the South, where Trump has won GOP primaries decisively, close to 70-percent view him unfavorably.
And it’s not that they love his rivals, negatives for Ted Cruz are at 59 percent, Hillary Clinton, 55.
More than 60 percent say they definitely would not vote for Trump in the general election. Those still with him say they’re both Republican and support the Tea Party.
