FOX's Alastair Wanklyn reports from the Asia Bureau:

North Korea firing several short-range projectiles. It's thought they fell into the ocean.

The message from the U.S.:

(Kim) "They should refrain from all provocative actions including missile tests."

U.S. envoy Jack Kim, speaking on a visit to Seoul. North Korea's main ally, China, condemning the launches. Beijing, urging North Korea to cease violating international demands.

Meanwhile, South Korean officials quoted saying they're braced for Pyongyang to conduct another nuclear test, the nation's fifth.
