A Palestinian-American man was caught on the battlefield fighting for ISIS.
FOX's Jessica Golloher has more from the Middle East Bureau:
A major general with the Peshmerga forces has identified the Palestinian-American man as Mohammed Jamal Amin, of Virginia.
General Feisal Helkani says Amin surrendered near the town of Sinjar, adding that he was carrying large amounts of cash, three forms of identification, including an American drivers license and three cellphones.
Iraqi forces took Sinjar from ISIS late last year. The Islamic insurgents control large parts of Syria and Iraq.
