The legal continues as Apple refuses to comply with requests for authorities to gain access to terrorist's phone, but Apple has in the tech world who are standing with them.

FOX's Jessica Rosenthal reports:

Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Twitter, and other tech companies are filing legal briefs in support of Apple.

Microsoft's president had previously explained that the law being used to force Apple to comply with FBI demands was so outdated it could never have been intended to apply to modern technology like an iPhone.

A magistrate judge in Southern California ordered Apple to help the FBI hack into the San Bernardino terrorist's iPhone:

(Sewell)"It would create a risk for everyone who owns a phone, that their data could be compromised if their security could be compromised."

Apple attorney Bruce Sewell told Congress this week Apple would essentially have to create a new operating system to comply with this order and he called that "dangerous".
