More Republicans appear ready to vote for Donald Trump in a new poll out before Super Tuesday.

FOX's Eben Brown has more:

That CNN poll shows 49% of Republicans are willing to vote for Donald Trump. That number comes as Trump picks up key conservative leader endorsements, like Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions:

(Sessions) "You have asked for 30 years, and politicians have promised for 30 years to fix illegal immigration. Have they done it? (No!) Donald Trump will do it!"

Second place in that poll with 16% is Florida Senator Marco Rubio, with whom Trump has been feuding. Ted Cruz is third with 15%.
