Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz Take on Donald Trump at Debate

The gloves came off Thursday night, at the last Republican debate before Super Tuesday.

FOX’s Jared Halpern reports from Houston:

From the first question, Florida Senator Marco Rubio went after Donald Trump at the CNN debate:

(Rubio) “You’re the only person on this stage who has been fined for hiring people to work on your projects illegally. You hired some workers from Poland…”

(Trump) “No, I’m the only person on this stage who has hired people. You haven’t hired anybody.”

Just days before the biggest primary day yet, Super Tuesday, Rubio and Senator Ted Cruz are trying to show they can not just beat Trump, but win in November:

(Cruz) “You’re not beating Hillary. But you’re not beating Hillary.”

(Trump) “Hey, If I can’t beat her, you’re really gonna killed are’t you?”

Cruz leads here in Texas, but trails Trump in several other Super Tuesday races.
