Ted Cruz: Super Tuesday’s the ‘Single Most Important Day of This Entire Election’

Less than a week before Super Tuesday, the remaining Republican Presidential hopefuls gather for the least crowded debate of the election season.

FOX’s Jared Halpern previews from Houston:

This is Ted Cruz’s hometown and the Texas Senator is looking for a course correction here next week on Super Tuesday:

(Cruz) “Super Tuesday, I believe will be the single most important day of this entire presidential election.”

Cruz leads in Texas, Super Tuesday’s biggest prize and earned the governor’s endorsement, but Donald Trump, coming off a third consecutive win in Nevada, leads in many more Super Tuesday states and has made Cruz his primary target.

So has Florida Senator Marco Rubio, an underdog in Texas, but packing a hotel conference room here in Houston, a day before the remaining five Republicans debate.
