Homer Simpson Will Field Tweets Starting in May

The dumb, but loveable patriarch of TV’s ‘Simpsons’ family will soon be interacting with fans in a high tech way.

FOX’s Jacquelyn Karl has details:

Ever wish you could tweet Homer Simpson and have him answer back? Then you don’t want to miss this!

After 27 seasons, for the first time ever, Homer Simpson will talk live during an all new episode, commenting on the events of the day live during both the East and West coast broadcasts.

Never before has Homer addressed his fans live. Show producers say it will be done by voice actor Dan Castellaneta using motion capture technology.

Fans can tweet their questions using #HomerLive beginning on Sunday May 1 to 4. The show airs on FOX on May 15.
