The 58th Grammy Awards Recap
It was a busy night at the Grammy Awards.
FOX’s Michelle Pollino was on the red carpet:
Taylor Swift and Kendrick Lamar led the night, Lamar doing a medley of To Pimp a Butterfly’s “The Blacker the Berry” and “Alright” was one of the most politically charged of the night:
(Lamar) “I’m the biggest hypocrite in 2015, once I finish this, if you’re listening, I’m sure you will agree.”
Lamar took home five awards, Alabama Shakes won four, the Weeknd and country artist Chris Stapleton won two awards:
(Trainor) “And my mom and dad for always believing in me. I’m a mess, I have to go cry. Thank you to the Grammys, I love you so much.”
Meghan Trainor had an emotional ‘Best New Artist’ acceptance speech and Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson took home ‘Record of the Year’ for ‘Uptown Funk.’
