Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders Believe President Obama Should Select Supreme Court Justice

Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders both believe that President Obama should be the one to elect a new Supreme Court Justice.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports:

At a rally in Nevada, Clinton said the Senate has a duty:

(Clinton) ”To decide whether or not to confirm whoever the President nominates.”

Sanders had a similar message for the Senate at an event in Michigan.

(Sanders) ”You talk about the Constitution a whole lot. Well, how about obeying the Constitution.” 

Senate Republicans vowing to hold up the nomination process.
