Doug Wead on Jeb’s Decision To Run For President: “He Was No Longer Jeb Bush, He Was Just Jeb!”

Presidential Historian and New York Times bestselling author Doug Wead called into Kilmeade and Friends today to discuss President George W. Bush, whom Wead served as an adviser to, joining his brother Jeb on the campaign trail in South Carolina. Wead also addressed how G.W.  has to defend his record to other republicans while simultaneously “propping up” his brother  in SC. This comes just days after Donald Trump made some controversial comments about G.W. Bush regarding the Iraq war. Despite Trump’s remarks about G.W. and the “disaster” of the Iraq war, Wead believes that the strong veteran support G.W. has in South Carolina will help Jeb out in the primary.

And what does Wead say is the #1 thing voters are looking for in the next President?
