Homeland Security on the Search for Hundreds of Guns

Homeland Security is on the hunt for a lot of things that have gone missing, including guns.

FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:

Homeland Security officials say they’re working to be good stewards of government resources, but inventory reports show hundreds of guns, badges, cell phone, and credentials belonging to agency employees have gone missing over recent years.

The majority of the credentials belonged to employees of Customs and Border Protection, while others were assigned to Immigration and Customs Enforcement workers.

Experts say the missing badges and guns suggest a shocking lack of security from federal law enforcement officers and represent a significant security risk.
