National Labor Relations Judge Says Walmart Illegally Punished Protesting Workers
A legal decision against Walmart labor practices.
FOX’s Chris Foster reports:
Walmart is found to have illegally punished workers who held protests in May and June of 2013 by a National Labor Relations board judge in New York.
He ordered the company to re-instate those workers and give them back pay. Walmart disagrees with the ruling in a statement saying, the company’s actions were legal and justified.
On Wednesday, it announced most hourly employees would be getting raises.
