Former Oklahoma City Officer Daniel Holtzclaw Sentenced to 263 Years in Prison

Sentencing for a former Oklahoma City Police Officer convicted of sex-crimes against women.

    FOX’s Jeff Monosso reports:

263-years in prison for former police officer 29-year-old Daniel Holtzclaw, who back in December was convicted:

(Judge) “The defendant is guilty of the crime of sexual battery.”

That and 17-other counts, including four counts of first degree rape in the targeting of black women while on duty near Oklahoma’s state capitol.

The defense described Holtzclaw as a model cop and questioned the credibility of victims and just before sentencing filed a motion for a new trial claiming the state withheld information. Motion was denied, though Holtzclaw’s attorneys vow an appeal.
