Disney Pushes Back Release Date of ‘Star Wars: Episode VIII’
Disney pushes the date of the next star wars film as toys from the film top the industry.

The release date of Disney and Lucas Films ‘Star Wars: Episode VIII’ has been pushed to a later date, so fans will have to wait just a bit longer.
Disney moving the date from May 26 to Dec. 15, 2017.
‘Episode VIII’ will not be directed by J.J. Abrams, instead it’s being handed over to Brick and Looper director Rian Johnson and will begin principal photography in London next month.
Also a new retail research group announced that ‘Star Wars’ toys generated sales of more than $700-million in the United States in 2015, making them the number one property in the toy industry during the year.
