Security Precautions in Place For Pope Francis’ Visit to Mexico
Security precautions are being taken in one U.S. city as the Pope plans to returns to North America.
FOX’s Eben Brown reports:
Pope Francis is scheduled to visit Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in February. That’s a Mexican border city infamous for drug gang warfare.
It’s separated from the Texas City of El Paso by a narrow passing of the Rio Bravo. The Papal visit is causing officials from both sides of the border river to enhance and increase security.
For American residents wanting witness the Papal mass scheduled for February 17, tickets to a live stream at El Paso’s Sun Bowl Stadium will be available at a low price.
