Powerball ticket buyers hoping to win the big jackpot are still grabbing up tickets ahead of tonight's drawing.

FOX's Tonya J. Powers has the story:

For some, buying Powerball tickets isn't a one-time thing. This guy told me he's got tickets in the office pool, and some he bought just for him and last week, he hit just the Powerball number:

(Man) "And I won the Powerball, so I won $4.00, so I'm reinvesting it."

Some have the "scattergun" approach to ticket buying:

(Man) "I stop in Virginia. I bought two tickets there. I stop in North Carolina too, and New Jersey. I got about ten tickets.

When I asked how he wanted his potential winnings, he had already given it some thought:

(Man) "Maybe at my age, I should take the lump sum and they say just put it in a bank and go to sleep every night so you don't have to worry about it."

Good luck, everybody!
