Stage Is Set For FOX Business Network GOP Debate on Thursday
The stages are set for the next Republican Presidential debates, but one candidate will be a no-show.
FOX’s Rachel Sutherland reports from Washington:
Donald Trump will take center stage during the FOX Business Network’s Presidential debate Thursday in North Charleston, flanked by six other Republican candidates, who made the cut based on recent polls.
Senator Rand Paul missed the cut and is boycotting the undercard debate, telling CNN:
(Paul) “We are a contender. We think we have a national campaign that can contend for victory.”
That leaves Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum, and Carly Fiorina for the early debate.
Joining Trump during the primetime debate: Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, Chris Christie, Jeb Bush, and John Kasich.
