Countersuit Filed in Bill Cosby Case

One of the women Bill Cosby is counter-suing is firing back.

One of the women Bill Cosby is counter-suing has filed a response. Attorneys for Renita Hill of Western Pennsylvania, say the comedian repeatedly drugged and had sex with her in the 1980’s, then she sued him for defamation when Cosby’s lawyers called her a liar.

Cosby’s attorneys’ countersuit claims his denials against her lawsuit constitute opinions that are protected by the First Amendment. But Hill’s attorneys said Tuesday that those opinions were based on “undisclosed fact,” namely, the implication that Hill is lying.
