Planned Parenthood Office in Missouri Able to Keep Abortion License

Planned Parenthood in Columbia, Missouri, gets to keep its abortion license, now that a federal judge has blocked the state health department from revoking it…
The ruling means the clinic holds onto its license it doesn’t mean that abortions can be provided there. That’s because state law requires that a doctor with hospital privileges is on staff.
Planned Parenthood says it’ll continue its aggressive search for a doctor. The group ‘Campaign Life Missouri’ is criticizing the decision, saying it’s ridiculous that a judge would prevent the state from protecting the health and safety of women.
