A grand jury in Cleveland refusing to press charges against two officers involved in the shooting death of a 12-year-old African American boy.

FOX's Jeff Monosso reports:

An Ohio grand jury declined to charge two Cleveland police officers in the 2014 shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, who 911 callers told police was pointing a gun at people in a city park.

Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Tim McGinty also decided not to press charges, saying in part because of new enhanced surveillance video of the shooting.

(McGinty) "It is now indisputable that Tamir was drawing his gun from his waste as the police slid toward him and Officer Loehmann exited the car."

The gun was a fake... The shooting has also led to protests and to a Department of Justice probe into Cleveland's policing.
