Mass deportations of illegals could start as early as next month.

A major crackdown on illegal-immigrant families coming as early as next month. The Homeland Security Department is reportedly planning to target illegal-immigrants from Central America.

According to the Washington Post, the raids will be the first large-scale effort to deport people who have defied removal orders by immigration judges.

The crackdown will focus on the 100,000 families who have illegally crossed the Mexican border since last year.

The raids will be carried out by officials from ICE, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, although the agency has still not been given final approval for the operation.
