Gas prices have hit a low for the holidays...

FOX's Lisa Lacerra reports:

The price of gas at its lowest since April of 2009... The average now $2.06 a gallon according to the Lundberg survey...

(Lundberg) "It is crude oil again that has done this. Refiners keep getting price cuts and passing them through to distributors and retailers who cut the price to motorists."

Analyst Trilby Lundberg...

(Lundberg) "Oil prices are extremely volatile they maybe rebounding soon and if that is the case, then we won't see anymore pennies from this recent decline."

The highest prices in Los Angeles at $2.71. The lowest in Tulsa at $1.72.
