FOX Poll: Donald Trump Continues to Lead in GOP Republican Primary Votes

    Donald Trump remains a far and away front-runner in the Republican race, but the latest FOX News poll isn’t all good for the billionaire candidate.

    FOX’s Jared Halpern has more from Washington:

    Donald Trump has 39% support in the latest FOX News survey of Republican primary voters… An 11%  jump in just the last month, even amid his proposal to ban all Muslims from entering the U.S., in fact that proposal has actually won majority support when Trump’s name is not attached to it.

    The latest FOX News poll also finds 65% of Republicans see Trump as a serious candidate… Back in June, nearly the same percentage described him as a side show.

    But Trump does not win a potential matchup against Hillary Clinton… The Democratic front-runner tops Trump by 11 points… She fares worse against other Republicans in the field.
